St Peter’s buildings date from 1906 and are all A-listed. We need to care for the buildings now to safeguard them for future generations. This requires a programme of planned internal and external maintenance of the building fabric, equipment etc, and an ability to respond quickly to repair unexpected damage. We also adhere to a schedule of statutory inspections and tests on an annual basis, mostly relating to health and safety.
